I love Oak Grove for camping. Last time I was there, I took a little dip in the creek and went for a little hike. It was a lot of fun. If you take the road all the way back, there is a trail that you can take and I believe it is up the back of Pine Valley mountain. Beautiful view, would definitely recommend.
It's a pretty place, 5$ a night but there is garbage all over, the campsites are also nice.
The guy who said you need clearance in your vehicle must drive a low rider. Been up there in a Saturn sedan without scraping once. Awesome little campground with new Zealand like views around it. No ATVs allowed in campground, but a good place for a quick overnight.
Absolutely gorgeous. Close to St George. Get out of the heat. Really nice fire pits
